Labor Day Class Schedule

- Saturday (4th) – regular class schedule
- Sunday (5th) – 9:15 a.m. ONLY
- Monday (6th) – NO CLASSES

New Aerobic Dance Floor!

We officially have a state-of-the-art aerobic dance floor! The new floor is a foam subfloor, topped with a special Marley vinyl dance floor and provides a safe and professional dancing surface.
 
With our new floors, your body and soles (shoes) will benefit. You will be able to push your workout to new levels!

Please, no street shoes are allowed in the dance room. You must change into your workout shoes prior to entering the workout area. Shoe cubbies are available down the hall to store your shoes.
