Classes
in bold offer Jazzersitting!
All
classes are regular Jazzercise format
(60 min) unless otherwise specified.
Personal Touch ("PT") is small group weight training and body sculpting sessions which are designed to improve strength and tone muscles. PT requires pre-registration before the beginning of each 6 week session.
"Lite"
class is a 60-minute class which
pairs moderate aerobics with exercises
designed to improve your strength,
balance, and flexibility. Whether
you're a senior, newcomer, pregnant,
or prefer low impact, you can't
go wrong with this popular light
version of the original Jazzercise
program.
With the addition of our new classes, we will be in need of additional JAZZERSITTERS. If you can refer anyone, please see any Instructor or Class Manager for more information.
