Karin's Quiche

1/2 C melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 C milk
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 C shredded swiss cheese
1/2 C ham or bacon (cooked, cut into small pieces)
3 eggs
1/2 C Bisquick

1. Place all ingredients except cheese and meat in blender.
2. Mix for a few seconds to blend well.
3. Pour into a greased 9" pie pan.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and meat.
5. Push gently below the surface with the back of a spoon.
6. Pan will be full to rim.
7. Back at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
8. Allow to set for 10 minutes.

Variations: Use 1 pan drained crab mixed with 1/2 C mayo. Can add extra veggies.

Light recipe: Use Light Bisquick with fat free cheese, no-salt butter or margarine, lightly salt, skim milk, fat free ham or meats.
