EFT Cancellation Requests

All requests to cancel EFTs must be received in writing
by the 15th of the month in order to be effective
by the 1st of the following month.

You can email EFT@wackiefitness.com with your request
or our Jazzercise Fitness Center where a class manager
can help you fill out the appropriate form.
