All classes are regular Jazzercise format (60 min) unless otherwise specified.

Jazzercise "Express" is a 30-minute workout featuring a streamlined fusion of strength and cardio conditioning.

Personal Touch ("PT") is small group weight training and body sculpting sessions which are designed to improve strength and tone muscles. PT requires pre-registration before the beginning of each 6 week session.

"Circuit" Training (on Sunday nights) features a proven combination of aerobic exercise and strength training with weights, resistance tubes, and balls.

"Lite" class is a 60-minute class which pairs moderate aerobics with exercises designed to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether you’re a senior, newcomer, pregnant, or prefer low impact, you can’t go wrong with this popular light version of the original Jazzercise program.

Classes in BOLD offer Jazzersitting.
($2 first child, $1 additional children, paid directly to provider)
